How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We typically process orders within 5–10 working days (Monday–Friday). This allows us to carefully prepare and quality-check your items before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over R900 within South Africa.

What if I need my order urgently?

If you have an urgent deadline or need a gift tag included, please contact us after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee faster processing, we’ll always do our best to assist.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes or styles.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace it with a new one. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for faulty products when a replacement is not possible. We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items or change-of-mind purchases.

Yes — we provide a sizing chart on our product pages to help you choose the correct fit for our unisex styles. We recommend checking measurements before ordering.

What are your t-shirts made from?

Our graphic t-shirts are made from premium-quality cotton designed for everyday comfort, durability, and a clean streetwear fit.

Are your products locally made?

Yes — our products are proudly produced in Cape Town, South Africa in limited batches with a focus on quality and detail.

How should I care for my t-shirt?

  • Wash cold
  • Wash inside out
  • Do not tumble dry on high heat
  • Avoid ironing directly on the print

Are your products limited edition?

Many of our designs are produced in limited quantities. Once certain styles sell out, they may not be restocked.
