How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

All Fabrix graphic t-shirt pieces are made to order in small batches to ensure quality and reduce overproduction. Because of this, processing takes approximately 5–10 working days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 2–4 business days depending on your location within South Africa. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Why does processing take 5–10 working days?

We follow a made-to-order production model, which means your graphic t-shirt is only produced once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain higher quality standards, minimise waste, and create more intentional, limited-run pieces.

This approach ensures that every item you receive has been carefully prepared rather than mass-produced.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

How do your t-shirts fit?

Will the t-shirts shrink after washing?

Our garments are pre-shrunk and soft-washed to minimise shrinkage. For best results, wash in cold water and avoid high heat drying to maintain the original fit and quality.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide before placing your order. As all items are made to order, ensuring the correct size upfront will help avoid unnecessary exchanges.

If you are between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I exchange or return my t-shirt?

As all Fabrix graphic t-shirt pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds for items that are not faulty.

We take great care in checking each item before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, we strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.

We do offer exchanges for sizing issues; however, the cost of return shipping and redelivery will be for the customer’s account. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with your order number and details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Who covers the cost of exchanges?

For size-related exchanges, return shipping and redelivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, Fabrix will cover all associated costs.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on made-to-order items unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Each piece is produced specifically for your order, which allows us to maintain quality and reduce unnecessary waste.
