How long does it take to process and ship my order?
SHIPPING POLICY

We typically process orders within 5 to 10 working days (Monday–Friday). This lead time allows us to prepare and quality-check your items before shipping. Once your order is ready to go, our courier will deliver it directly to your door. We’ll send you a notification as soon as it’s on its way!

What if I need my order urgently

If you have an urgent deadline or would like a gift tag included, just let us know. We can’t guarantee a faster processing time, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?
RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Fabrix purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know about returns and exchanges:

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or styles at this time.
Replacements: If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace it with a new one. (Note: Replacement orders also follow the standard 5–10 working day processing time.)
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for faulty products (when a replacement isn’t possible). We do not provide refunds for items that are not defective or for change-of-mind returns.
